ABOUT THE PROJECT & MY ROLE:
Working directly under Head of Production Suzanne Knight and Line Producer Clare Pearce as the main point of contact for cast and crew to deliver a quick turnaround comedy pilot for broadcast.
Alongside managing the AD team and overseeing all admin correspondence including scripts and call sheets, I successfully handled various logistics including (but not limited to):
- sourcing below-the-line crew
- catering
- calculating travel times & call/wrap times
- booking talent transportation
- arranging couriers including dailies
- petty cash expenditure
